Life happens and you need to be able to easily cover all expenses and with such a high mortgage payment that might be tough.

To make a long story short, this past Wednesday I signed up for Brandon's Newbie investor Webinar and was blown away by the information and real life examples used in the presentation.

Real estate is something I have been interested in for my entire life.

Just living life and moving on the deals when they appear.  

However real life s**t will always seem to get in the way!

Life happens and that tends to alter the plans for people and direction they are going.If you mean between now and end of this year every couple of months you will keep buying properties than that is different.The agreement itself isn't bad.

I am new to the forums and to the real estate life.

I know my journey will probably be long and hard but I haven't felt this passionate about anything like this in my life, so I'm ready for the challenges and rewards. 

That way your not just sinking a bunch of money into something that might be close to the end of its life span anyways.

I'm very excited to get started, I've really always known I would do this at some point in my life and right now I'm finally in a position to get it done.
