Remote RE investing almost mandates use of professional PM that is an expense that local newbies can save as well as self managing provides a learning opportunity.  

If you self-manage, at what level did you feel like you needed additional help?

I’d like to self manage to try and keep more of the profits.

Scenario:  He is self-employed and he took a hit in 2020 b/c of COVID which is impacting his getting a conventional loan. 

Anything you have that helps to run your business is yours no matter how little or hard you've worked to get it. ( in most cases extremely hard) so why should you me or anyone else who has spent years building out our teams just freely give this information over to someone else just starting out who doesn't want to put the work in to building it their self?
