There are several options to finding a local CPA.1) Use the biggerpockets search function to see if someone already is in search of a CPA in New York City.

They know my expectations (based on me sending them properties/feedback) and I use their feedback to improve my search.

We are currently rebuilding one property from a fire, so that kitchen is being covered by insurance, but it's been a good learning opportunity for us, and pricing on the same kitchen has ranged from $8,500 to $15,000 at a box store.We have two other properties that we are renovating and upgrading right now, both will require new kitchens and baths.

Ive been searching for examples like this on how to structure buy and hold, add value, exit 1 year brrrr type deals.

@Ericka Grant,We had a similar situation, young girl LOVED the place, signed contract, paid deposit.. then the day after the lease started, she told us her dad did a search, and said there were too many sex offenders nearby, and she wouldn't move in because she was afraid now (she saw it twice in person, no concerns).    

You gotta search around.

Search on google and give some people a call.
