What documents do they require, what credit scores do they allow, how do they verify previous rental history, etc.?

I'd love to do a CSV type import but that's only possible on the accounting version, which I don't have. 

It does look like a vote will happen but on a scaled down version.

With a large down it doesn't take much of a credit score to get financed for a small loan.

Cheapest I see for the 2015 version is $19 ;)

every investor has their own version of what makes a good deal.  

We are only granted 24 hours in a day, while money is granted (if you understand how it works) an infinite number of hours.To me, the difference is the CF Investors are taking their profits out in pieces, while the Appreciation investors are waiting for the big score.

What is the best way to evaluate the actual credit data (not just a score), and avoid discrimination or the appearance of discrimation?

My credit score at is a 670.
