The shop that is on the property is at least a 20x50 shop (this is a BIG shop) and the roof has shingles and wood siding.

The tree has caused extensive damage; beams are coming down through the ceiling, the AC is leaking, duct work is coming through the ceiling, roof is damaged, etc.

It's best in this situation to stick to the legal script just in case it backfires.There was a podcast episode that covered something very similar, can't remember the number or guest but it was a few years back.
