Buyer misses a payment - If the escrow company is making your mortgage payment, you want to always be sure your payments are made so pay a month or 2 in advance or keep it in reserves to make sure you always cover your underlying interest as your credit it tied to it. 

Hi Lynn, Maybe i'm making a leap here, but it sounds like there was a little mistake made during the underwriting on your loan, making it currently unsellable by Rocket on the secondary market.

I am of course assuming they took better care of it with me actively living there, but it made a lot of conversations proactive instead of reactive after a question or concern would arise.I know there will be opposite opinions, but I am certainly pro letting your roommates know that you are the landlord of the property!
