From a tech / business standpoint, they leverage metrics Wall Street cares about living quarter to quarter compared to running a lifelong sustainable business. 

What is the abandonment rate - i.e. how often do folks put stuff in storage, pay the first quarter (or year) and disappear?   

I use the tenant payment to pay Guardian the surcharge, and pay my quarterly water bill to the city.

Additionally, are we subject to pay estimated taxes each quarter OR since the LLC will be structured as an S Corp would we get a K1 and report it as additional income on our individual tax returns?

The property is now worth double the original investment and I became familiar with turning a residential property into a commercial one.As the last quarter of 2022 and early 2023 saw a softening of the RE market, I saw housing prices start to drop - not tremendously - but by enough that a $325K home in an up-and-coming centrally located Houston area was now closer to my price range of 285K.

Would love to be able to get that or other datasets like this on a monthly/quarterly basis.

I don't do any wholesale but I am an investor so send me some deals ;) From what I've seen from other wholesalers it's a lot of cold calls so don't discouraged b/c even 1-2 deals a month OR even a quarter can really make a dent over time. 

It boggles my mind that there are people out there that are investing hundreds of thousands of dollars into a niche while being incapable of reading even the most basic reports on that niche.Every quarterly report is the same.
