What I can tell you is that you'll never learn what will happen to you if you buy a house that was deeded over by a municipality with a reversion deed to a developer for low moderate income housing 15 years ago and you improve it and rent at market rates........reading RE investor forums and public blogs or guru videos.If quickly means in a few minutes, or hours, as I bet many do, that doesn't say much to the devotion or interest of someone being very serious about wanting to build a business or profession.      

What about posting on public land?  

There's a long time investor named Mike Cantu who doesn't speak publicly much anymore, but he buys houses and gives each house a job, i.e. one house to pay his electric bill, another to pay for gas, another to pay for his vacations and so on.

Further protecting the public by keeping bad actors out.I wrote in my post about why people be "upset" with wholesalers for reasons that have nothing to do with protecting commissions.

When you start grouping business with personal or business with other business, my understanding is that a case can be made that you yourself don't even treat the business like a business, you treat everything together - so why shouldn't the court and the public?
