I've heard of some landlords doing live video calls (i.e. on FaceTime) with just a few people to show a property and answer questions at the same time, but I'm not sure if you could really do that easily unless you had filtered out most of the prospects first.

Down in egg harbor theres probably a bunch of older homes that have cesspools, wells, oil tanks etc.Things to consider in older homes is if the foundation has a footing, oil tanks, failing septics, knob and tube wiring, federal electric panels, aluminum wiring, galvanized waste lines, termite damage, old heating systems etc.

Recessions are exhausting, scary, sad, frustrating, anxious times; and while it might seem exhilarating to be able to find great real estate deals, there aren't too many people giddy over the prospect of negotiating short sales with seller who have no place to go or getting a great price on a house because the owner is facing foreclosure in two days.The best way to describe it is like receiving an organ transplant.
