Put everything in a dump truck, dug a hole in a pasture with my dozer, dumped and burned it, covered it up with dirt.

Well you could see lots listed for ZERO dollars literally ZERO.. but you had to pay the 100k   When I bought at Silverado the Transfer fee back in 92 was only 10k and i think its up to almost 50k now.. and then you had about 200 plus homes burn down..

Don't let the $ "burn a hole in your pocket" until you know what and how you want to use it to start you on your path to success.

I wish the BP community would stop promoting the idea.

I called GA Power, told them this woman is a danger, she could burn my house down, besides the electrical needs rewiring, and they said No cannot cut off power, I would have to get pics and statements from fire dept and licensed electricians to PROVE that the house is unsafe.

Note: Written as engineer in petrochemical field that has to respond to shop fires and help coworker that had garage shop burn their house down.

Additionally, if you are burning your reserves each month eventually you are going to run out of money to keep operating the investment. 

It was for entrepreneurs and it definitely keeps that fire burning strong and now I’m looking into hosting one for strictly Real Estate investors in my county!
