The fraud almost never remains a single fraud because the financial pressure and opportunity driving their rationalization are not relieved/removed.  

It’s incredibly rare statistically but you feel pressure to participate because everyone does, and “what if” lightening actually strikes.

I usually prefer to encourage an equity fund with a preferred return so that it looks like debt but doesn't put unnecessary pressure on the syndicator/manager.

So I read the the very well written copy full of pressure on the pain points of being a dentist, investing in the volatile stock market, multiple testimonials, and a compelling call to action from a client rather than Phelps!!!!

I also expect the pressure to decrease the points especially, if not the interest rates, will increase as debt crowdfunding becomes more popular. 

It has to be financially rewarding for him to keep up the pressure like that.

Again, this is intended to protect the parties from the pressure of jumping into an offering.  

I thought it was pressure to invest my money so I dropped them.

Jetting is simply pressure washing the drain field lines from inside, and all it requires is a high pressure hose with a special nozzle and a pressure washer.

Not sure why seems to be a status symbol or maybe a peer pressure thing, or something in the water here...
