I am excited to be part of this forum, as I’ve already picked up a bunch of useful information without having done a deal yet.

I'm just now starting to see increasing numbers of stories about how (formerly) middle class people are having to sell important possessions on ebay and craigslist.

I am looking for as many investors willing to just look at the deals we offer as we just picked up a wonderful Orlando, FL project with wonderful buyer incentives.

All I have to is screen them and pick through the one's that are motivated enough to fit my buying criteria.

I don't know to much about it other than that as I have not focused much if any attention on it.The Liberty State Park neighborhood is picking up however because of its closeness to the the water front and the Light Rail running near by.
