For analysis purposes, how do you determine the max number of people (max rental income) per month when offering hot beds?

Maybe get some hands on experience painting or staging.Find a w2 job that you don't hate and you can keep for years. 

If you use ChatGPT you'll get steered into writing a novel about the area they're already interested in with a bunch of fluff.Think of it this way: the more words in your rental listing, the less likely people will read it.Why waste time writing about the area when they're already sold on the area (that's why they are looking there)?

I would also not keep the cameras when a tenant moves in, not sure if that's allowed but even if it is that would be weird and scare off people.

I am about to close on my first STR in Panama City Beach, and would like to try and get people in there for the winter months to help cover the costs and lessen the maintenance burden.
