My goal here would be to provide a complete package of both realtor services for the original purchase as well as the management, so that as time goes on, I can build up a great record with my clients, I see that as a much better way to hopefully grow into something big one day.

"Unjust hardship" is basically there way of saying we do not see a hardship here from the seller to justify that kind of loss.You might have to resubmit a package all over again.

Then good luck getting through.They will call you again, only to hound you about all of the non reporting vendors that you do business with such as the plumber, contractor's, etc...They REALLY want that info because they want to call them and HOUND them to sign up for the 549.00 business package...If they get up to 6 vendors from you and 6 vendors from them, well you get the point.
