In San Antonio, one of my airbnbs has been above 95% booked the last 18 months and has been listed as a rare find up until last month.. it hasn’t been touched in 5 weeks and I’m seeing hosts on the local FB chat are having trouble getting bookings as well.I’m using this break to update furniture and decor and will have my photographer take new pictures.
