I do not know how this forum works but the answers were very interesting and thought you might help me with an issue I have. 

The second electrician came in at $18,000 and then told my contractor what specifically the main most expensive part was and told him to go look on EBay to see if we could find it new and then to let him, the electrician verify it was the correct part and we could buy it ourself saving us about $2,000 off the original $18,000.

My favorite was the girl who gave us her previous landlords phone number as the number she had texted us from originally when asking about the property...Can you tell I work with low income housing?

Has it rented in the time since the original post?
