There are numerous amount of way's of financing a deal.

No I do not need 150k for inventory by labor day. 20k for rehab is based on my experience working with my family on numerous projects as they have a vast RE/Development experience on small and large projects with very very small budgets

Hello:I have done numerous searches for information pertaining to soliciting/using private money and SEC regulations on BP and other sites and am having a hard time formulating a basic understanding.I do not want to be one of those posters looking to be spoonfed information, so if you have some links to great resources to better my understanding, that would be excellent.Here is my situation.

I researched factors such as foundation plumbing utilities etc but I'm wondering if it's worth buying the land and plotting numerous manufactured homes in a 10 year span slowly renting or selling them piece by piece 

I buy it.. give them about 50k in cash for their equity.. sold the house to a flipper subdivided a lot off the back that took some time and money and we made a tidy profit.. win win.Wholesaler just about lost the entire deal for them.. .and this has happened numerous times..
