There is no such problem with filling up your rentals with immigrants.Of all of the responses in this thread, and the numerous other threads on this forum that talk about similar topics, there is one common element to all of the responses. 

The code enforcement official said that it was a house that drew numerous complaints from the neighbors for unkept grass and other nuisances, and also for being a drug house.
