Best to keep checking on your property on a regular basis just to make certain these previous tenants don't try to stop by and do some damage.As for left over mail; I keep checking the box and toss the flyers, send back the more important stuff (after writing "no longer at this property") to the original sender.Gail

Most people include the contact info for whatever credit bureau they used but the Act specifies that you have to provide the actual physical address as opposed to a p.o. box.
