Your comment made me smile because last night I was at the grocery store buying eggs and an elderly lady asked me if I was going to buy those "golden nuggets" - took me a second then finally realized she was calling the eggs the golden nuggets!

I am sure they will have some list or guideline for your properties like making sure you have a modern grounded electrical system, good plumbing fixtures, American with disability access etc. 

Was the lady just BS?

Plus, what a great opportunity to piggyback off the ranch style to do a modern farmhouse vibe that was so high in demand!?

I have one poor lady that lost well over $100,000 in five years through unpaid rents and damages, plus she was going mentally insane over the stress. 

After i mentioned that, I just did a google search for corrugated steel kitchen and same for laundry...and saw some 'hip' ideas that might entice the lady of the home.  

How to explain without going on forever...The more I think about it, the more I think this lady is the only reason I'm considering getting a property manager.The first time I met her, she and her family were coming in their front door at the same time as me.
