HVAC Installers in our area are suggesting mini split systems or a central heating in place of the gravity furnace, both of which come with a rather hefty price tag.

Baby steps are just fine - I just need to take positive steps.

It's what I'm calling the mini construction loan and works great for someone looking to at their own personal stamp on a primary residence or just as an investment property.

@Brie Schmidt From what I know Hedge funds are active in.AtlantaTampaOrlandoBirminghamNow there can be mini hedge funds also  that are not on the level of a Blackstone or Colony Capital etc etc and these companies could be in other markets.

However, if you are still undecided because you want a website for a sales-letter to promote your product, you really do have two choices … you can create a mini website (one with less than 10 pages) and then add a blog to it in a sub-directory and market your product or service (by way of giving great tips) from your blog.

And for anyone else reading this thread who may not have forced air heating, consider mini-split air conditioners if you would like to add A/C to your property.
