LOL, all that to compare apples and oranges, a defaulted mortgae in receivership, or in the secondary held by FDIC, or a bank in receivership VS. what this was all about, a person walking in to a bank buying a mortgage held, owned by a bank, still on the books which has not been foreclosed on!
