Greetings everyone, My name is Vincent LaMotte, I am currently prepping to jump in to Wholesaling,  I am interested to see if there are any other Whole Sellers in the Los Angeles area that I can meet up and network with.

Even if paying contractors and building a team to do 100% of the work, meeting contractors, viewing properties, etc all take time away from a "real" job at best and more likely than not require time during work hours to do these and move quickly and efficiently. 

Yes, appreciation is nice, and important, but similar to @Jason DiClemente, I'm looking for COC to meet my criteria as my primary goal.
