Tips for building a list.

The market has been good to me, just locked down my second deal this month, that makes 7 since april 2015, one is a flip that's on the market, the rest are buy and hold. i started a blog on wordpress, I'm "northwoodsinvestor" 

I suspect they would want a key lock on the inside, or some positive locking feature. 

As a new investor to the treasure coast I would like to hear any advice or tips on investing in Alphabet city in Ft Pierce.

If I like them after the first year lease I roll out the red carpet to get them to lock in for a 3-5 year lease. 

Or is this a scenario where I might legitimately charge some small extra amount for the basement (such as for storage) - or otherwise just keep it locked off separately from the rest of the house?

If so there is no way, and I wouldn't worry about it because anything on the MLS will be seen by thousands of agents and sent to thousands of investors.Best thing to do is put on an offer quickly and lock it up
