My question is in order to obtain a high loan amount aside from have a good debt to income ratio and credit score...Am I able to add future rental income from house hacking the house I'm applying for to obtain a high loan amount.

@Jerry PadillaI have three homes including my primary residence.I'm trying to finance a 4th home.my credit score is in the 650 range.

I'm sure other banks do this to but American Financing dose requires a 700+ credit score for approval.
