Hey guys,I read about something regarding this on the internet, where investors can broker rent to own lease options between buyer and seller.

But if you don't have a great excuse like the house doesn't look like the pictures on the Internet or some facts , take pictures, etc or something related to the house then I'm not sure if you can back out . im in Florida.

Honestly it does seem like there is a lot going on with this note (pretty sure you can do a title search on FCI before buying & there are some remarkable things you can find on the Internet about properties btw) but I'd make a list and see if I'm willing to deal with the headaches one by one (and also cumulatively).
