It’s actually been my inspiration to switch over to real estate.

I have successfully completed my first rental property deal this past fall and have been eagerly looking for the next deal.I inspire to one day be able to have financial freedom and no longer have the need to "work for the man."

Up..End.I wouldn't get those inspirational words on a t-shirt, you're going to lose it when the market tanks.

I think U should ask yourself why u need their approval... if it’s so they can help u, the great thing about it is you don’t need their help, You can do it on your own.... that is what’s so inspiring about BiggerPockets.

So why not take the time to learn from other people's mistakes and successes to increase your own chances for success.I'm pretty sure the phrase 'time in the market vs timing the market' is meant to inspire people to take action if they're delaying and looking for the 'perfect' deal.
