That can be problematic and a hassle to say an animal is individually a threat.Solution: Do an in-home visit and see the animal in it's current environment. 

So having a bank that works closely with you is incredibly important.

Finding an investor to purchase it cash first could be an idea.. only thing with that is how low the rents are it wouldn't make sense to an investor unless they could evict the tenants or get it for an incredible price I guess.

Which makes sense as they control everything within a closed environment and the cuts and assemblies are much more exact than stick built homes.

The best thing you can do is educate yourself in what you’re about to do (the contract, Contingencies, loan pre approval, how to read an inspection report, rent amounts, rental demand, etc) and feel incredibly comfortable before you ever look at a house.
