If I can outsource maintenance to where I get email (can check email on phone when in bathroom where nobody sees) or txt msg (where nobody hears it) it would make my day job a lot better.Hope that answers your question.Jennifer

I then leave out fresh back up sheets on the bed for the maid service to make the bed as we have doubles for all the beds.Go to laundry room and throw in a load of towels pulling any out of the bathrooms if left wether appear to have been used or not.

This is a cheap fix since I already have 3/4" plywood and 2x4's.We are putting in new/used carpet in the 2 bed rooms ($50 total on Craigslist).We are looking for linoleum to replace the kitchen and bath room floors, any suggestions on this?

This is going to make it much tougher to sell to a landlord, rehabber or owner occupant, especially since brick ranches tend to be very difficult to expand to a second full bath.If the house were a 2 bathroom house, it would probably make a decent flip candidate (based on a quick review of potential comps) but that lack of second full bathroom changes everything.But, most importantly, get some good pictures up...you won't be able to convince any experienced investors that a house that looks like that only needs $10K of work...
