I deal with mainly higher end units which get phenominal cash flow, but the problem is there isn't a lot of good comparable data.

I know this doesn't directly answer your question, but setting something up like this for the future would likely eliminate this problem next time.

So lenders are saying I have to wait two years for a loan anybody know if there are any lenders that would loan to me with less then 2 years or can point me in the right direction of who I can contact
