Marion County, where Ocala sits as the main city and county seat, is the horse capital of the world.Marion County has a population just shy of 400,000 and is the 19th largest County in Florida out of 67 total.

I learned what banks to go to and what to not go to.There are many other things that I am sure that I am missing, but it was a wild ride with many tears (literally made a grown @$$ man cry).To end on a good note, the sale made me basically break even with about $1000 extra to pay off some credit card debt that was accumulated.

All the activities were basically 'in house", from fishing to horseback riding, to archery, etc.

I'm not saying you should buy properties that are cash flow negative, but you can make WAY more money with forcing equity and riding the wave of appreciation than you will on cash flow if you know what you are doing and have excellent market comprehension.

He probably charges people to ride in the same elevator at him or stand at the stall next to him.

Some parents with the wherewithal to do for themselves don't want a free ride and would gladly rent from an adult child.

You might be able to rent out the large area to someone that needs a place for a horse or some other animal...if that is allowed in that locale.
