The other question becomes are we getting sideways with any legal requirements as we obviously don't want to open ourselves up to these kind of potential issues.I also assume that we would reduce our homeowners insurance to a structural only kind of policy and allow them to obtain a renters insurance policy of their choosing?

Hi all,Is it possible to have a partner go in on a househacking arrangement to allow for homeowner financing on a duplex type property while still arranging for financial protection legally for a partner investor that doesn't have title to the property.I know that you'd have to have someone tied to the property personally to qualify for FHA terms and things of that nature but are there agreements that can be drawn up with respect to divvying up cash flow coming from the property?

Mind you, these are simple homeowners and out of state owners, not foreclosures or probates.Week 2: This week, calls were heavy the first day (before and after work being heaviest call times) and I assume they will trail off each day just like last week.
