That's a lot easier than spending half your time dealing with snakes in the dryer vent and digging someone out of a snow bank.  

Any market difference is going to be splitting hairs when it comes to the bottom line of your portfolio.

Back when I rented, I preferred a 2 bed 2 bath on the first floor....with washer and dryer in the unit.  

Large 1 bedroom with finished basement, sunroom, large living room and kitchen, hardwood floors, washer dryer in unit, lots of closet space and storage.

Adding new service for the 12 can lights, garage door motor, AC Condenser, furnace, kitchen appliances (5), and a washer and dryer circuit, hanging three ceiling fans, three exterior floods in existing locations, two porch lights, one light bar in the bathroom and finally switching out all existing plugs and switches.

We have about 800 spaces, but nothing with the hair that thing has on it.  

You will find yourself pulling hair out in no time.
