Even if you don't plan to hire management now, I'd think that eventually you'll want your portfolio to grow past the point where you self-manage.

@Jennifer Bondhus once you use an FHA loan you are not able to get anther FHA loan unless you can prove extenuating circumstances (took a job miles away, growing family, etc.) or sell/refinance out of FHA loan.

My goal is to grow to new heights in this business focusing on single family and multi family flips.
