@Sezuo Daudu like most investors on (and off) this website, and especially in Chicago...anything outside of “A” And “B to B Minus” areas just literally don’t exist to them.With $150k in funds you can almost two buildings if you play your cards right.

That would KILL your IRA and create huge tax penalties.There is a retirement plan based structure know as a Rollover as Business Startup that allows you to take existing retirement funds and use them to capitalize a business in which you are directly involved.
