Sonoma is a tough place  I own 4 acres across from the Graton casinso and Rohnert park decided we need 10 acres to develop mine is zone MF mixed use but cant do anything until neighbors join in.. value is about  

And by the way many people in America live in MF properties next to their neighbors by choice.   

The next door neighbors backyard is junk and not friendly dogs separated by a chain link fence.

The move would eliminate the need to seek a variance and neighbor approval to change a single family home to a multiunit property.

It’s a ranch, 3bdrm,2 bath with finished basement.We are doing a full cosmetic rehab and it’s going well.My question is, we have a lot of the neighbors peeking and wondering what’s going on with the house...Is it appropriate to think of putting a sign and papers of information introducing our business and inviting them to the open house to see the “finished product?”
