Hi,This is a more technical question, I have a house with brand new septic system installed, absolutely new drain field and we realised it already saturated in 3 months!!

So much so, Ive been thinking of becoming an agent for experience and to be in the Real Estate "field".Do you think there is a big market for agents who specialize in working with investors?

I feel that that would be a plus but I have no matter what.I have family in that area that are associated with the oil fields, I know that they were paying more for rent on a 3 bed rental that was in poor shape than I was on my 5 bedroom mortgage.With the oil industry the way that it is I think it would be wise to watch that industry and see if you need to cater to more individual one bed rentals or long term family rentals.

I think filling in the fields on the calculator prompts you to include all the costs and will give you a better idea of what the numbers look like. 

Seeking advise on how one go about acquiring knowledge in this field and where is best place to get educated since I don't have prior experience. 

It will be my first deal and I can improve the process as I continue to work in the field.

If you want to go into a specialized field like engineering, law, medicine, then clearly you need a "useful degree".
