If I feel GREAT about not losing my job in the next five years, and I feel GREAT that all I am going to experience is a $400 loss each month and I feel GREAT that over the next 5 years Rents will get me to at least break even and if I feel GREAT that in 5 years I can then sell my townhome for more than I bought it, THEN I MIGHT consider holding this property.

I feel like if a bank has bought a property then they aren't going to be as open as a homeowner would be in selling the home for less than the asking price. 

Also, I’m using Cash Basis Accounting.I believe I have 2 options:Option 1) Go back to the original expense and change the charged amount from the original dollar amount to $0.This works, but feels a bit messy.
