There is no way I would risk taking on debt & invest cash into the RE market right now given all the uncertainty (and difficulty liquidating), especially when there don't seem to be any sizable discounts.

And there are 4 PG&E meters - 1 for each unit plus 1 for the common areas.Alameda County assessor website lists the 'use code' for the property as 2600 which is "3 units, lesser quality than 2300 or unknown legal"I had stopped by city hall right before the shutdown and after a quick initial search, they mentioned the property is listed as a duplex in their records.

Hey David,Great questions.I believe agents will need to be more resourceful, have better systems in place for streamlining the entire process and will need to be able to handle most tasks remotely - i.e. consultations, virtual tours, e-signatures.Its really not too different from where things were headed pre-COVID.In my opinion, agents will still be a vital part of the process for both buyers and sellers.
