If your whole day is that full that you routinely can't get the rest that you need then you need to find a way to outsource your most repetitive tasks through employees or technology. 

Something about a Realtor needs a fancy vehicle to be deemed successful.

They routinely invested in real estate, and had acquired 5 rental homes in the Hawthorne area.  

Or a young couple who just graduated and want something nicer than college dorms, but nothing fancy or expensive.

All of my life has been built around a routine.

If you prioritize saving for that down payment over getting the fancy car and expensive apartment it makes it much easier to save at a faster rate.

One thing about the hood is people like shiny trinkets and fancy cars as soon as they get two nickels to rub together. well those custom painted cars with the chrome wheels need cleaned daIly in order to show off ,that where you come In.

So everything in the house was new from windows, to curtains, curtain rods, appliances (a couple we never used) granite countertops, custom kitchen cabinets (beech wood - very hard wood)  fancy backsplash, doors, HIGH END custom trim, flooring the 33 cubic yards of concrete for patio/driveway etc.  

Suppose that John drives a Lexus, listens to Taylor Swift while driving it, and buys a fancy home in a nice neighborhood. 

So your routine doctor visit will be by phone or computer.
