Can somebody advice where / if I can find real estate wholesellers and private money / Hard money lenders in Puerto Rico?

It seemed like the best fit for me, i could just start fresh and put all my money towards vehicle payment and down payment savings.

And why would the realtor have to "kick in money"???

They can make money but from what I've seen your more in the customer care and takes more of your time.

The idea that you can build wealth without putting any money into it is a recipe for disaster and the sales pitch of gurus trying to steal your money.

To me paying 1% extra on a loan for 3 years and saving some money on down payment not worth the risk.

Yes there will be surround & trim/ etc finishing required, but it's nothing special or extra challenging.get a few other bids before you decide replacement is "too expensive"  - nothing especially challenging about the surround/walls, trim, tile, finishing, or nearby side walls etc getting done at the same time as a tub.

And I came up with not really, unless I wanted to pour a bunch of extra money into it.

Sometimes I wonder if the assistance program thinks I won't notice and is trying to get away with paying less to "save the program money."

However, most commercial mortgages offered by community banks still demand interest rates of 6.75 - 7.50%, and hard money/ debt funds demand even higher rates.
