Eventually, the bank has to get the property off their books, they do not want to be landlords, but at the same point, they are not going to sell for well below list on day one.

Eventually you should get a response of either you have the wrong number, they are not interested in selling, or you catch them at the right time and can make a deal.Good Luck!

I think millenials think it is hip so they give them a lot of slack, eventually the facade may crack like Uber's did.

I guess my fear is overpaying by thousands on the purchase the not being able to recoup that on the eventual sale.

I do think that if you build that thing and it is done well, it would attract investors, and YOU will make money.. but you will eventually get a ton of reviews saying that  the product is cool but it is not generating any more deals than without it.That is my prediction, because it is still limiting on the performance of DMM, and DMM has a crappy efficiency score.

Some people only consider "scaling" to be big leaps and bounds, but real estate investing is a long game and that constant forward movement eventually equals scale. 

The apartment building will have another apartment eventually, but that is last on my list. 

Eventually I would like to start to acquire detached SFH or small multi-family, but for now, my available funds stretch the furthest on row homes due to their lower price points.Are row homes safe enough investments?
