You can also use it to find folks who are local to you, maybe find local meet ups...Also....take some time to flesh out your profile.

People are starting to figure out that for a few more dollars, they can have their own little house with a kitchen separate beds, back yard, etc.....And the STR market has been primarily younger folks to this point (in my experience) I'm seeing more and more 50s/60s/70s folks staying at their first STR and marveling at the concept.

Also be sure you look into “density bonus” which is a California law that allows you to build *more* than 30 units if you designate some of the units for lower income folks.

That's not crazy or impossible - there are many stories of people who have achieved that.One thing that helps a lot of folks get over their early fears is networking with others who started in a similar position and achieved success.

Which is where delivering food comes in, folks will pay for all sorts of services and today there's some organization that is managing those gigs in your area.In parallel;  start studying, reading, networking in your local REIAs (where the experienced folks hang) on creative deals. 

Go to the planning and zoning office and talk with the folks there.

So for most folks like me.. plug it in when you get home
