I am not worried on my end, but I understand the sellers concern, and I just want to find a solution that will legally enforce me to hold up my end of the agreement, and have it structured in the event that I didn’t, the seller can get the property back ASAP.

The public needs to be able to trust that the home they are renting is safe and that any repairs, lease enforcement, and other issues such as their security deposit will all be handled ethically.

A great property manager will be focused on operating safe, profitable rentals...that's not to say they will be loved, I feel that a property manager has the unenviable job of holding the owner accountable to maintain their property while enforcing the terms of the lease agreement with the tenant.
