It worked well for a while, then there was a big dry spell and they sat empty.If you have a furnished rental for month-to-month clients (e.g. traveling nurses) be prepared to shift to a longer lease or look for other customers like traveling businessmen, contractors, people between houses, etc.

Basically all he did was replace two parts of dry wall and spray texture over all the seams, so there are large obvious seems of more popcorn texture, NOTHING was scraped, nothing was skimmed, and the only painting was over the texture that was added.

said....even though it seems opposite in some ways to what I am saying--(That's the Duality of Man--like in Full Metal Jacket).And since he's nice enough to offer to talk to you on the phone---a GOOD Real Estate Guy would Never pass up that offer---he is very sucessfull at what he does...and neither of you know where this conversation will lead...So as a much more experienced Real Estate Guy than you---I'd advise you to "Let you Fingers do the Dialing" and pop him a call ASAP...before he forgets about you and has to put more of his focus on housing people.In other words (don't (not) call and waste a HUGE opportunity for some GREAT Advice)just my 2 cents.

The incident caused damages on walls in my unit and a unit below.The tenant has a renter's insurance so it covered the damage unit below mine, but it did not cover for my unit.In order to fix the walls it required a partial demolition, drying process, and restoration.
