@Jason Hardin so the advise for an LLC is probably technically correct but as @Al Williamson pointed out it becomes a distraction and dead weight against the eventual desired outcome.

When you go to court and if your agreement is correct, scope of work will not matter, no matter what you put on the contract the contactor should do, it still does not bear weight.

All you have to do is let us know what you want and will surely make your dream come true.Honestly, I'm waiting for your answer.
