If your dollar amount is lower start with trailers or trailer lots.

@Caroline Gerardo is 100% right on this topic and I can't believe an actual experienced builder/investor would suggest that any of 12 items listed would impact value more than a couple thousand dollar condition adjustment. 

They can assess a property at a smaller amount and tax per dollar value at a higher amount.

I.E. when setting it up, I put in 500 dollars, and it therefore had a $500 limit. 

You tried to do something to save a few dollars and it ended up costing you 100 more. 

There has already been a multimillion dollar townhouse built nearby to property Im looking at and I read alot of money is being poured into community.
