The LTB is a major PITA and could for any reason deny your request as they are not obligated to inforce the rules of the RTA.

The terms say:Final offer subject to Seller’s approval, which shall be given or denied at Seller's sole and absolute discretion; Seller has fifteen (15) calendar days to make this determination.We're now at day 25, the status on xome.com still says "Offer Under Review", and the agent has been unable to get any response from the bank.  

They would be denied.

I fired myself off the job, and he then went through 5 more contractors to finish..m eventually denying payment to most of them and suing all of them. 

Please confirm/deny my thinking.

They try to do bankruptcy, but that only gives them 6-8 weeks of postponement and they can only do so many change of court dates before they are denied any further changes and have to go to court. 

My belief is that there's nothing wrong with making mistakes, but there is something wrong with denying your mistakes and making excuses and then continuously making the same mistake.
