Another AWESOME DEAL in Houston Texas!

Because of another deal I am financing I dont have the cash on hand to do the deal and while I have the equity to do a HELOC, I do not want to apply for the Heloc until my current deals funds. 

Think about using your know-how or contacts in setting up health care buildings in real estate deals.

But looking for some feedback from anyone who has done a simialr deal.

That being said there are also bad deals in any area, here included.I would run your numbers based on historical data from airbnb - pretty easy to check on airdna or even just going in the airbnb app and seeing not only what nightly rates look like for certain properties but what their occupancy is - from there you can estimate monthly revenue with a reasonable degree of accuracy and see if that lines up with your targeted returns.

If you find some of these, share the cash flow from the property, you can be in the deals $0, personally.  

The stadium deal downtown is also going to transform the city in ways us locals can't yet comprehend. 

The lender will often cause the loan to be called and squelch the deal.
