Generally, I wouldn't care as I would think there would be minimal damage as it relates to this install and would never had questioned if they simply installed the cameras without asking to begin with.

The 3 properties I'm currently looking at purchasing are:A. 16 units consisting of 8 duplexes all on the same block and all rented out grossing $12,300 / month in Stanton, KY for $720,000 with rough monthly expenses of $3,700 / month according the listing agent.

My insurance says they will not cover the vehicle and the roof damage will cost less than 1000 (my deductible) to fix.

Liquidated damages need to accurately reflect the actual loss and not just be any number you come up with (IE: you can’t charge $2500/day they go over time).

When you want to utilize your STR, you just block out those dates with the manager and they block those on the calendars.  

I have recently come across a deal that has fire damage.

( ie. full month, 1/2 month ) Maybe you are using Obligo or another service/product that allows the tenant to pay a low nonrefundable monthly fee to insure their unit against damages.

Are you mid block away from most of the commercial action?
